Our new beautiful backyard pool and decking was just completed by Cool Wave Pools and we couldn’t be more pleased. Scott, the owner of the company listened to exactly what we wanted and designed for us the perfect pool. He was always willing to answer any questions and concerns that came up during the process and always responded to our calls or texts in a very timely manner. Scott was very accommodating and helpful when it became time for design choices and extremely patient with my wife as she struggled to decide on what we wanted. Our project manager Josh, was always on site and the work crews were professional and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Josh did “pool school” with me and both he and Scott are still accessible and helpful when I occasionally text with a questions about chemicals or maintenance. This was our third time building a new pool but this was a FAR superior experience and we highly recommend Cool Wave Pools and consider Scott our new friend.
